• 1 . Can I play the character if I tracked the competence of power leveling but without receiving notification?

  Yes, you can play it. There may be a delay in order status handling you can login and play straight away when you have found your order is completed.

• 2 . Could WOWKO assure that the leveler ignores chat and not reply to friends and guild mates during the leveling?

  We realize that it is our responsibility to keep socialization to a minimum extent, however, at high levels, it cannot be quite completely especially when it comes to the priest or warrior class. Social interactions are often unavoidable, due to the fact that it is human nature to socialize. Perhaps it wasn't the best choice, which is why we put out suggestions on how to deal with guild mates and friends prior to a power leveling session. Example, if we receive a greeting from one of your guild mates or friends in game, we will pretend to be your distant relative like your cousin or brother-in-law to keep the power level going on according to our agenda and minimize the negative effect on your character.

• 3 . Do I need to move all my items for safe-keeping before turning over the account?

  There is no need, but we do recommend moving any valuables to a friend's account or an alternate account for safe-keeping.

• 4 . Do you grind or do quest during when power-leveling? Can I make a request for the completion of certain quests?

  We will do our best to complete all quests needed, however there is no guarantee. Our goal is to have your character leveled in the soonest possible time, and with that, our leveler will use judgments based extensive experience to complete the most rewarding quests or grind mobs to gain maximum experience points earned per hour.

• 5 . Do you use any bots/ macros while power leveling?

  No, no bots/ macros are involved in the power leveling; only professional gamers are assigned to implement the power leveling activities.

• 6 . How do you level my character?

  We assign 2 or 3 expert players to your character to do the leveling; the person playing your character has a very good understanding of how your specific class is played. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as "grinding," where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we sometimes do simple quests to obtain experience. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.

• 7 . How to check the process/status of my power leveling order?

  They are two options you may make. You may contact our live help or msn to check the status/process of your order, or you may check Blizzard’s armory website by typing in your character’s name on this page:

• 8 . How to utilize the gold and items generated during power leveling?

  Good items will be used to improve your character; everything else is sold to merchant or on Auction House. Some of the gold will be used to purchase skills and needed equipment; the remaining gold will stay on your character when the leveling is done.

• 9 . I want to ding 80 on my character on my own. Can you ask the leveler to stop before he reaches the maximum level?

  Of course, as long as we receive your request, we will immediately command the powerleveler to stop at 80-90% of XP so you can ding yourself.

• 10 . Will my account be closed after being detected involving in power leveling？

  if Blizzard detects more than one person logging into your account to play, they can suspend the account for 72 hours as a warning. When this happens we will immediately stop the power leveling and after 72 hours, when the account is back to normal, we will exchange the resting money with gold for you or refund the resting money.

  For example: You bought power leveling for level 1-70 but the account is suspended when your character is level 65. Then we will check the price for the remaining 5 levels and calculate how much gold we can deliver on your server for this amount or refund it if you prefer.

  It is not safe to continue power leveling or start a new power leveling order on the same account after a 72-hour suspension, because the account may then be permanently closed.
