• 1 . How do you send me the CDKEY?

  CDKEY is usually sent via email in the form of scanned picture or code in text. So please make sure that your email address is correct and also check your spam emails.

• 2 . Is it possible that I buy an invalid or acclaimed cdkey from you?

  It is not very possible, because we have imposed very strict audition on every new CDKEY before we sell it out. If it happens, you should first carefully check the spelling of the code, if need any help, you may contact us via online chat or email.

• 3 . Where do you get the cd-keys, are they illegal?

  No, they are not illegal, they are 100% legal. The cd-keys, which are purchased from standard retail packages, will be scanned and sent as picture via e-mail. As it saves us package costs and storage space we pass on this price advantage to our customers.
